Inexplicably located inside of the rather commercialized private Meteor Crater facility near Winslow Arizona is the American Astronaut Wall of Fame. A brick wall contains plaques with the name of each astronaut who achieved space flight along with their mission number(s). In another peculiar twist, none of the seventeen astronauts who died in the course their jobs are designated in any manner.
