Located in Salem, New Hampshire, America's Stonehenge is a peculiar collection of old man-made stone fabrications. Purportedly dated to 2000 b.c., various stone structures are on display. At various times in the twentieth century, pseudo-science was relentlessly applied to reconstructing several parts of the site

The highlight of America's Stonehenge is the sacrificial stone.

America's Stonehenge is somewhat difficult to find. Here are directions: Arrive at downtown Salem, New Hampshire. Take either of the Main streets north. Streets keep getting renamed. Eventually look for a street named Haverhill. After driving few miles and not finding Haverhill, double back to downtown Salem to start over. Continue various other routes north. When least expecting it, America's Stonehenge will miraculously appear on the left in the middle of a residential neighborhood.
